Freestyle software interruption.

Hi. My Freestyle Gen 2 had an update to version 2032, unfortunately during the update there was a short loss of power, quite common in the area I live, which interrupted the update. 

Since then the screen is showing oily type colours on faces/objects etc which is making the image unwatchable. I have done all the calibrations/reset etc to no avail. A friend who's quite knowledgeable in these things said I need to get the firmware file and update using usb as he thinks this will sort the issue...

Can anyone tell me where I can get the 2032 firmware from as I can't find anything on the Samsung UK website.

@atc28uk: I have looked into this for you, and the latest update for the Freestyle Gen 2 is not currently available on our support site (linked below) so I wont' be possible to complete any available updates in this manner.

As an alternative approach, you may wish to try heading to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update with Mobile Network, and check to see if you're able to update in this manner. 

Of not, or if the problem persists, head to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > SW Version Information, and check for any available updates from here. You can also run a Video Test and Picture Test to see if the problem is present in any of these tests. 

You do have the option of returning the device to its default factory settings via Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Factory data reset, however please note that this will remove any personal data and settings from the device.
