I'm the same trying to claim AKG Y500 and says can't participate in this event. check event details. T&C says you have to claim within a certain time period which I did (purchased A71 on saturday) and you have to claim within 30 days or else you lose out. so if you have to wait 30 days to claim the T&C conditions state you can't claim... marketing scam trick? samsung need to be clear about this as upsetting new customers is not a good idea. I will give them the benefit of the doubt but hope someone steps in to make our claims transparent so we don't lose out.
