Options
When I am in the car and connected via Bluetooth I cannot hear the sounds / notifications 

 for some of my apps.
If I play a video in WhatsApp there is no sound

Options
When you're connected to BT in Your car, touch the vol up or down on your phone and select the 3 dots from the slider and see if there's an option to adjust the BT volume settings
