BD-ES7000 Blu Ray Player

BD-ES7000 player suddenly rejecting Blu Rays still ok with DVDs. Upgrade to firm ware hasn’t helped. Any thoughts?

Hi, Same problem  with a BD-ES7000. It's only plays DVD Now. 

Not sure if It has any thing to do with the massive faliure Blu-ray rebooting...
