Hi all, I’m hoping someone can help me if possible please.
I’ve been used the B530 soundbar and woofer for around a year now and after the initial setup, I never really adjusted the woofer and left it as it was. I do remember the right joystick type button controlling the woofer and it displaying on the soundbar.
I have just gone to adjust the bass and when using the up/down woofer button, nothing is happening - no increase in bass, no display on the soundbar etc
The woofer is working as I can hear the bass emitting from it and can still adjust the bass level within the settings - expert - woofer & equaliser menu. It’s the lack of remote function that I can’t seem to figure out though.
I contacted support who asked me to reset the soundbar and woofer, but this didn’t work. They then advised that I contact a TV repair shop..
