Hey guys
Having an issue for the last while now. The surround sound system has a blu ray player as the receiver and connected to the TV with the ARC outlet. When a blu ray is playing the speakers work perfectly well but when I use an app on the TV or the playstation which is connected to the TV no sound comes out at all. The TV recognises that the receiver is there but when selected theres no sound at all.
Ive switched the cables, factory reset, softwate update aswell but still no change. As far as I can tell all of the obvious settings are correct.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
