Hi! In the archive I found a card called GROWTH_TEST with an optin_trace.txt file inside.

You can find a bit more of info on xda/reddit about this folder, from the discussions seems related to the galaxy store, it doesn't seem anything malicious, but if you feel like it you can always do a factory reset to be sure.

For what I've found doesn't seem malicious

Make a research with "android growth test"

Like i said seems related to third party apps/galaxy store
