Samsung gallery doesnt sync with onedrive and shows only date of the last sync

Hello everyone,I was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem. The Onedrive sync with the Samsung Gallery App doesn't seem to be working for me anymore on my Galaxy A34.

Whenever I try pressing the sync button on my phone, it says that it is syncing, while it actually isn't. This "sync" goes for unlimited time, and then when it "ends" it resets to the date of the last real sync.

I have already tried clearing the cache and unlinking and relinking the Onedrive Account to my Samsung account in my Samsung system settings. 

If anyone has any idea how to fix this, it would be really appreciated!!

welcome to our Community!

During synchronisation, are you seeing an error message on the display? Could you, in that case, send me a screenshot? 

Does the problem occur when you connect your smartphone to the data network, to the Wi-Fi network or both?

Have you tried checking if, using a different OneDrive account, the same anomaly occurs?
