Dear Samsung AI,
I am writing to inquire about the availability of an Urdu language pack.
As of recent estimates, around 230–280 million people speak Urdu, and I am surprised to find that a language pack is not yet available. Urdu is one the top ten most spoken language in the world. I previously contacted samsung regarding this matter but did not receive a satisfactory response.
On Samsung support section there is no option available so I can ask and get an official response.
Could anyone of you/Samsung officials please inform me when an Urdu language pack might be released and explain the reason for the absence of this widely spoken language from your offerings?

Thank you for your comment. I noted in my post that the Samsung support section is missing that option. Please feel free to comment without using "we," as you are not a representative of Samsung UK and the EU community, but simply a fellow member, I guess.

Hi! I think you're misunderstanding. "Service nor the development team, so WE cannot answer your question here" is exactly right. They didn't claim to be a part of the Samsung representatives; they said "We" as in the community—Customers...which they're correct. WE can't answer your question/ request- samsung don't use these forums for feedback... and us customers can't do much

Correct, yes. I'm a customer like you.
The reference to "we" is correct as I'm referring to the fact no one on here will be able to answer your question so no I will not edit the post.
