Request to Re-add Persian Language Support in One UI AI Features.

Dear Samsung Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the recent removal of the Persian (Farsi) language pack and translation support from Samsung’s AI features in the latest One UI updates, including One UI 6.1 and the current One UI 7.

As a loyal Samsung user and a member of the Persian-speaking community, I find it deeply unfair that such a widely spoken language has been excluded from your language support list — especially when we, as consumers, pay the same premium price for flagship devices as users in other regions.

Many users, including myself, have already contacted Samsung through emails and phone calls over the past year and a half, yet no solution or update has been provided.

We respectfully urge Samsung to reconsider this decision and reinstate Persian language support for AI features and system translation. Providing equal access to all users, regardless of language, reflects the values of inclusivity, fairness, and respect for global diversity.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We sincerely hope to see positive action on this soon.

Samsung don't check here. For a request you're best using the send feedback button in the support section of this app. Or contacting samsung directly in some other way.

My personal guess for the removal is since each language is an ai model, it might not have been good enough for people to use. So they'll probably working on getting it back. Thats just my guess

Request to Add Persian (Farsi) Language Support in Galaxy AI

Hello Samsung team,

I would like to kindly request the addition of Persian (Farsi) language support to Galaxy AI features such as Live Translate, Interpreter, and Chat/Call Assist. Persian is spoken by more than 120 million people worldwide, and adding this language would make Galaxy AI far more accessible and useful for a large community of users in Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and the global Persian-speaking diaspora.

Many Persian-speaking users, including myself, are eager to benefit from the amazing Galaxy AI tools, but we are limited by the lack of language support. Please consider including Persian in your next updates.

Thank you very much for your attention and for continuously improving the Galaxy experience.

خواهشمندم زبان فارسی به قابلیت‌های Galaxy AI مثل ترجمه زنده (Live Translate)، مترجم (Interpreter) و دستیار تماس/چت اضافه شود. زبان فارسی بیش از ۱۲۰ میلیون گویشور در سراسر جهان دارد و اضافه شدن آن می‌تواند Galaxy AI را برای میلیون‌ها کاربر در ایران، افغانستان، تاجیکستان و جامعه بزرگ فارسی‌زبانان در دنیا بسیار کاربردی‌تر و در دسترس‌تر کند.

ما کاربران فارسی‌زبان، از جمله خودم، مشتاقیم از ابزارهای فوق‌العاده Galaxy AI بهره‌مند شویم، اما نبود زبان فارسی باعث محدودیت شده است. لطفاً در به‌روزرسانی‌های بعدی این زبان را اضافه کنید.
