Smart Tag battery lifespan

What's a realistic lifespan on these things? Obviously it depends on usage so here's mine:

I write the date on the battery when I install so I've just had to replace one that was put in 27 November '23.

This is pretty typical of my replacement patterns although the last one was shorter than this. 

I don't hammer thr usage either. In a batteries life I may check for it say twice. My Tile lasted way longer than this. 

I am using Energizer batteries.

Definitely over 6 months and probably a year at most.
Better quality batteries will last longer as well.

It also depends on the battery, but usually around five to seven months.

What batteries are you guys using then because we're not even close in our battery lifespans and like I say I barely used mine. Like I say, maybe twice at the most on a battery & it's not even like I have it playing a tune for hours at a time either.

Think I may get the Tile back out of the drawer & go back to that or maybe run both at the same time & see what the difference is.
