I was wondering if anyone has a similar problem,

My Galaxy buds+ arrived today, the left earbud doesn't work or even charge, I have tried to connect it via blue tooth normally and via the wear app.

The charging pod states they are fully charged but the left still doesn't work at all.

 

I can't work out if I'm doing something wrong or the pod or the bud is damaged?

unpair the buds from your phone. then sit the buds in buds holder. press both touch pads at the same time until the light flashes in the holder.

have you tried opening up the pod(very carefully) and making sure that the cable port is attached securely. My right pod had no bass and was very quiet. After popping them open I disconnected the small cable and reattached it. and I've had no issues with my right ear piece ever since I did that.
