I want to add my google account in the Email app which I could do on my S7 but not with the S20 FE 5G. Hotmail accounts you can easily add to the email app but seems like on new devices Samsung is forcing us to use the Samsung email app which I dont want to do. If you do this you give them access to everything you do on you gmail account which I deleted afterwards after reading what they get access to.

How do I get rid of the Samsung email app?

don't think you can uninstall it... just deactivate the account or accounts and use your preferred email app.

So I have deleted Samsung 3rd party from my gmail account. I have the Google email app but prefer to use the standard email app on the android to add my gmail and hotmail accounts all in one app. Thanks
