what does it tell you exactly? I've had the same problem with my claim and I called Samsung and found out that the paper I submitted was missing purchase date so I contacted my service provider and got proof of purchase amd date of purchase. After that my claim was successful.

I got told by samsung them selves that u should receive the galaxy pro buds package came today and there the bud live and I can't do anything about it
