I ordered the 21 off the Samsung website, and chose one of the Samsung only colours, however I'm told it needs to be custom made and this could take up to 5 weeks to get to me. The issue I have now, is I need to' claim' the free gift earbuds within 30 days... which I cannot do as I need the phone details which may take 5 weeks to get to me... so how do I claim the earbuds ?
@DeborahC Hopefully your S21 will not take the maximum time. Not sure there a way round it if your Device does not arrive in time, conditions are usually strict. You may wish to contact Samsung Support https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/
I claimed for the Earbuds Pro and Smart Tag B4 the 29th January as I received my S21 Ultra B4 the 29th as well - I obviously I had the IMIE but when tracking the order they are asking for additional information but I haven't received an email telling me what info is needed - help!

Basically, what they need is a receipt/screenshot showing the phone you brought, the date, and the retailer. You also need to make sure the date on that matches the date for your claim, otherwise that'll throw the team off.
