So I have a smart tag battery has been changed, worked for a month then nothing. Try to see if it connects but no even if you press the button it makes no noise. Anyone with help be much appreciated

Did you buy a cheap, non-branded battery, perhaps? Sounds like its as simple as inserting another battery, from a reputable battery manufacturer.

The battery was not cheap

Maybe the smart tag is dead, I had a problem where I changed the battery but then it wouldn't connect. I reached out to Amazon where I got it and after some tests they replaced it

Contact support and see if they will replace it

I had issues when I changed the battery as well.

Don't know what fixed it but I remember resetting it a couple of times and readdding it and also making sure smarthings and smartthingds find was updated.

Can be pretty frustrating if things don't work as they used to.

I had the same issue told this product has no warranty

I had the same issue. I bought duracell battery 4 pack and just popped my last battery in today. The other 3 lasted about a month sometimes less. Had a software update today too for it but no idea what it fixed
