Hallo,
I've just bought 3 Samsung Samsung Smart Tags for my bicycle, trotinet and for my documents. Everything was fine on my Galaxy Tab S9+, but after I change the tablet with Samsung Galaxy Book 360, which is with Windows 11, but not Android.
So I thought that when my stuff is Samsung, I thought there would be no problems... But after I instal SmartThing app and find my trackers with the same names I was given, I realize that I can only see that I have 3 trackers, but no option to open Map and see where are they. I try to full reset, even pull off the batteries, bit no success.
I hope to help me solving this problem, otherwise I have no need of them 😭
