New 3 in 1 Wireless Charger Trio issue

Really wanted a new wireless charger trio because the Watch Ultra no longer fits on the original Samsung one. Really liked the design of this and that it was Qi2 compatible! However that also appears to be it's negative. I don't know about other Qi 2 chargers but this did not work. It would charge for about 10 seconds and then stop - the phone part. The watch and buds charging works perfectly. And so it solved that initial problem of the watch Ultra. I thought It was fault because it wouldn't charge my S24 Ultra with Magsafe case for more than 10s. Samsung arranged a return/replacement which I'm grateful for but it had the same issue. I decided to just live with it because the magnet is strong so I can still use it as a holder and just plug in a charger, then at night I noticed it started working - to cut a long story short, it basically doesn't like Fast Wireless Charging. Disabling it makes it work fine. So that is what I'm doing because it really does look and work really well otherwise, the adjustable holder, the watch and it takes a lot less space than the original Trio. Really should work with Samsung's own fast charging though! Not sure why it doesn't.

I feel a lot of people are going to be disappointed or think it doesn't work at all. I personally can go without the fast wireless charging but it might be a deal breaker for others.

Could be the case that's the problem.
Might have to use something else.
If both chargers have the same issue, then I'd be looking at what else is causing this

That wouldn't make sense. As soon as you enable fast wireless charging, the charging stops. It's a spigen and they're pretty reputable when it comes to cases. I think this is an oversight by Samsung... Aiming at S25 users. But I could be wrong. But not gonna go through the hassle of buying and returning a case. Already exchanged the charger! Cba now lol

Qi2 chargers are technically just qi 1 chargers but with magnets and a higher power output. So compatability shouldn't be an issue. Wireless charging on the watch ultra has always been iffy due to the design

Well somethings going wrong with it. The phone just doesn't like to fast charge using it! 😂
The Watch Ultra fits perfectly, so I'm happy with that.

Aaaah, sorry. Read ultra and assumed watch issue. Yeah a phone not fast charging is an issue. Does turning fast wireless charging off work? Not a solution just curious

Yeah... It is what I wrote. Turning off fast wireless charging on my phone, let's it charge. But as soon as you turn fast wireless charging on, it stops. Even while it's on the magnets. It's really odd.

I also seems to have this issue s25 ultra.

Im going to try withouth fast charging.

I use this with supcase case.

I need sometimes like put few times on it to get it charging with fast charging on. Il try later without fast charging

I just got off chat with their support and advised it's not charging S24+.

Apparently they will send another out to replace the faulty unit I received.

Odd that they never knew about this issue and that they never told  me to turn off Fast Wireless..  I just tried after seeing your post and appears to work OK, odd.

Perhaps they are updating the charger If.tjey send out another i will share any updates on if it works as expected.

They sent me another one too, when I said it wasn't working. It has the same issue. I don't have an S25, so not sure if there is something specific about Qi2 charging that it won't fast charge if not compatible. The slow charging should work.
