I recently purchased a phone off of Facebook and it had an SD card in it and I have sold the phone since then but I want to use the Samsung 32 gig Evo SD card in my new phone I have tried my Windows laptop I have tried every phone I can find and every device to reformat this card and it will not it has a bootloader loaded on it an access is denied to the card and someone please please help me reformat this card

Hi @32gigEvo, if you've tried it in other devices, the chances are it could be corrupted. I'm afraid you won't be able to do much with it if that is the case.
