Samsung A14 5g Hearing aid issues

Hi all, 

Just bought a Samsung A14 5G for my wife as it states on the Samsung Website that the A14 5G supports Direct Streaming to modern Bluetooth Hearing Aid(Danalogic Ambio Smart Hearing Aid)

But.......

we seem to be able to pair the phone to the Aid but my wife cant hear music etc through youtube etc.....

and there is no settings for direct streaming???

The hearing Aid work fine on my wifes  Samsung galaxy Tab s6 lite for youtube etc via bluetooth but again the is no settings for direct streaming?

I have this same issue. It even shows under Bluetooth as paired but will not sync. The software is 14 and current so higher than 11 and Bluetooth is 5.1 higher than base of 5

It even is shown on (https://www.samsung.com/latin_en/support/mobile-devices/how-to-use-hearing-*****-with-samsung-galaxy...) that it should be available under ASHA/ Bluetooth settings with latest update.  

I have even made a service help request since idk what else to do. It should work, yet it doesn't. And I don't believe I can return my phone to buy yet another model... 

The Bluetooth option isn't found under the hearing section as shown on the images the other poster shared...

 Has anyone else found a solution?
