I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and the matching Samsung keyboard case for it. Because of my poor vision issues I purchased the white keyboard case since dark printing on a white background should provide better contrast than the black keyboard case with pale lettering. (I already have a black keyboard case for my old Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and have problems with the poor contrast on the keys.)
Unfortunately the white keyboard case for my Galaxy Tab S10 Plus has pale grey printing on the keys, which I find too low a contrast to use. It would be a huge improvement for all your customers if the keys were printed in a dark black on the white keys as this would improve visual functionality for everyone.
Samsung states that it complies with EN 301 549 which is a super-set of WCAG 2.1. In this case, it seems that Samsung are non-compliant.
For supporting guidance regarding contrast, please see the Web Contact Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Success Criterion 1.4.3 Contrast. The experts involved suggest that a contrast ration of at least 5.5:1 should be used to provide an adequate minimum contrast ratio. It is my belief that the keyboard on this white Samsung keyboard case falls well below this requirement.
