Have you recently downloaded any apps ?
If so delete / uninstall it and see if it stops.
Or if no recent apps then ensure all your apps and firmware is up to date.
If so then create a back up and factory reset.
If that does not help then a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre location can run a diagnostic on the tab.
