I don't like a new Samsung UE5600AK at all. It's freezing, dropping internet connection, forgets wifi password and most important, phone technical help is very polite but service wise is totally usseless. Seems that they can't help me sorting things out.
Want to return it for full refund o get an other working tv.

Can you provide the full model code and current software version of your TV? Go to: Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.
Can you also let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?
