I am new here. I have been trying to fix two problems with my new TV. I have been trying to get more information about this lack of memory that seems to be the problem in my TV getting frozen often. Specially when I navigate through the web browser, the TV freezes and I can't get it to work, neither going back home or even switching it off!!
I have called the technical support like 4 times...They logged themselves in remotely and tried to sort out the problem but it persists...I am starting to get mad and gonna end up trowing the TV out of the window after I unleash some forbidden language to both Samsung customer service and the store I bought it in.
