I reset smart hub now does not have the same apps as before

Hi,

I reset the smart hub, then I started to install the apps I had, to my susprise many of the apps I had are no longer in the hub, such as: HBOgo, Spotify, Hulu, TNT among others.

Just had a look in to this, and the TV model seems to come up as a US one. Where did you purchase the TV from? Are you based in the US?
