All4 Apps not working

Hi

i would appreciate help relating to the all4 app not working.  It goes to the start up page but then goes no further.  IPlayer demand 5 and itvhub all work.

i have updated apps.

Hi, @Kelvin67

 

What model TV do you have? 

 

Have you tried resetting the Smart Hub? To do this go to Menu/Settings > Smart Hub > Smart Hub Reset. You will be prompted to enter a pin. If you have not set one up this will be 0000. 

 

Give this a go and let us know how it goes.

I have this same problem both my TV and BR-DVD All4 apps stopped working.

Checked network, other apps still work and All4 works from PC, Android etc. Just not Samsung's.

 

It sits there on the starting page with it progress bar going constantly.

It's been like that a few weeks now.

(Even had a change of router etc and ADSL to FTTH in between so not the network.)

There is no way to uninstall or reset the app as they are permanent apps on these devices.

i reset the hub as suggested but now any app I try to download steamed " The function is not supported"

Upadate. After resetting The smart hub I left the TVs for a while and all apps now working. Thanks for your help

I have the same problem but don't have the option to update smart hub (it's greyed out in the menu)....any ideas how I can fix it? All 4 just gets stuck on the loading page. Has done for some time now. Thanks.

I have the same problem that Reset Smart Hub is greyed out, surely someone must have a solution.

Thanks for updates and opening the Smart Hub reboot, all working fine within 5 hours.

Hi

 

I know about resetting my Smart Hub in order to use All 4.

But why do I have to do this all the time - each day?

Surely there must be a solution to prevent this?

If not that's not very SMART?
