I have this same problem both my TV and BR-DVD All4 apps stopped working. Checked network, other apps still work and All4 works from PC, Android etc. Just not Samsung's. It sits there on the starting page with it progress bar going constantly. It's been like that a few weeks now. (Even had a change of router etc and ADSL to FTTH in between so not the network.)
