Cant upload pics to FB from my phone

Im suddenly not able to upload photos to facebook from my phone. I can't uninstlall fb as it was a preinstalled app... I've tried logging in and out of the app. I've disabled and 're enabled it and obvs restarted my phone. 

U can upload pics from my fb account on my pc.

I'm at a loss. 

I get the below message when I click on the 'message failed' notification

I thought I was the only one experiencing this. I couldn't upload photos to fb using my phone (Samsung J8),  even if I log in to another account, same thing happened. But when I used my brother's phone (Samsung J7) the photos upload just fine. What is going on?

I've had the same problem since about 9 last night. I can't figure it out I tried reinstalling Facebook and clearing my memory but nothing seems to work
