A3 2017 microphone issue

Issue: my A3-2017 microphone does not work properly. When I call other people, they can’t hear my voice.

What I have tried so far:

Putting the phone in speaker mode while calling – does not work

Restart in safe mode – does not work

Factory reset – does not work

Run diagnostics *#0283# -  I can hear myself in delay on the loudspeaker, so this seems to work

Plugged the headset in (with external mic):  - this works

Any other solutions? How can I get this fixed?

You tried alot, one thing to do is return to the seller or send the Phone to Samsung..

Maybe a little late for you but at the moment I have the same issue. I poked the microphone with a needle and it's working fine again. Probably a dust / dirt issue.
