Delete confirmation in Samsung Email.

Both me and my Mum have galaxy Tab S6 yet when I delete an email while using Samsung Email app it just deletes. When my Mum does the exact same thing on her Tab s6 itasksfor a confirmation whether she wants to delete email. I cannot find out how to turn this confirmation pop up question from appearing on Mums Tablet.

@diddy_dave_uk: Do you and your mum both have the same email provider? I recommend asking your mum to sign in to her account via a browser, and get her to check her account settings to see if she has any verification options in place for external devices. If she is on Android 9 then it's worth checking the following Server Setting on the tablet itself:

Email app > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Tap the cog on the top right of the pop up window > Select your account > Scroll down to Server Settings > Incoming Server > Delete Emails From Server > Choose 'When I Delete from Inbox'.
