Need a little help - Recovering deleted notes in Samsung Note?

My wife got p****d with me and deleted my work notes in samsung note she even cleared them  in trash folder, she can do it from her device since both devices are sync. 

Is there anyway to recover these files from samsung as they are very important?

I dont think there is a way to recover these once their gone. Highly recommend you to never sync any important documents with another device unless its your own.

Is your device backed up at all? For example to your work servers or to Google?

If yes and you are quick, you might be able to get them from the back up but if your device has backed up again since they were deleted......
