Washing machine on & off automatically

My Samsung VRT steam washing machine (WF407 series) recently had some malfunctions, when I turn it on, it will be off automatically. Sometimes I can start it for around 10 mins and it will automatically shut down. Do you have any idea what will be the issue?

Could we take the full model code of your Washing Machine? This should be on a label on the inside of the door.
