Hi,

Our Eco bubble 7 kg goes through the washing phase but when it gets to the spin part it just stops. We have tried checking all obvious faults.

after a couple of attempts it now won’t even spin to wash the clothes, any suggestions??

Hi @Olliepop.

Are you getting any kind of error code on the display of the washer? Have you checked that none of the hoses are kinked and that the debris filter is not clogged?

There is no error codes, I have checked all filters and pipes and all looks ok. It was the lack of error code that surprised me.

now it starts to fill with water and just freezes. Doesn’t move on just displays how long left.

Have you tried completely disconnecting the plug from the mains supply and leaving for 30 minutes or so before plugging back in?

I have tried turning it off but not sure I have left it for 30 ‘off off’ for 30 mins. Will try that now!
