Reformat T5 SSD

Have a new 1TB T5 SSD. Installed the T5 security software ahead of reformatting to an Apple format for cloning  a harddrive. But I cant erase and partition - and I now cant get past the security layer - only a 45mb partition is available. Cant find anyway of reverting to factory settings. Any suggestions?

I reinstalled the software and entered my password and then it worked for me successfully
