Youtube music fails to download

Since the most recent update, my watch 4 and watch 7 refuse to download music from youtube music. It says: offline saving failed. On my galaxy 24 downloading goes flawless. The same on my mobvoi smartwach. I have tried soft and hard reset, checked if the watches have enough memory, reinstalled youtube music and so on. Neither the helpdesk of you tube or samsung have a solution. In the past i could download on my watch 4. My watch 7 is new. Who recensies this problem?

I know you've already spoken to Samsung however I would still suggest to send this as feedback via your Samsung Members App. 

I'm wondering if clearing the watches cache may help.
