I'd first suggest to Clear the Cache of your watch > https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyWatch/comments/1bo0nq2/reminder_to_wipe_cache
If that fails to help then clean the sensors on the back of the watch.
If all else fails maybe consider resetting the watch.
