Watch 5 sensors since one ui 6

Hi, anyone getting problems with the sensors since the one ui 6 update? I have tattoos and read it's possibly them, changed the wrist detection factory reset and still the same. Was fine before the update. I'm now using epoxy stickers on the sensors which make it work but a pain because they have to be removed for charging. Samsung can we get a update for tattooed skin please

I'm heavily tattooed and had problems like you, turning off wrist detection worked wonders also adjusting watch so it's no too loose and sits just in perfect position solved my issue with galaxy watch 7 44mm.

Unfortunately the issue of tattoo's causing conflict has been around for quiet a while. 

I'd suggest to send this as feedback directly to Samsung via your Samsung Members App too. 

This is predominantly a user to user help and discussion forum so Samsung Customer Services would not see your post here.

Thanks, I have sent to samsung now too. Just a pain as it worked no problem at all until the update
