Watch ultra getting no notifications

Please can someone help I'm about ready to ditch all my samsung gear and go elsewhere. 

I will start at the beginning and hopefully someone has an idea. I had a watch 4 classic then got a watch 6 with my S24 ultra. It worked fine but I wanted a bigger watch.
I bought the watch 6 classic and all was OK till a few months ago when my whatsapp notifications stopped. I have searched and searched and tried every option, they world for a few hours then nothing.
I decided to buy a new watch ultra in the hope it would help and now I get nothing. I have tried the following all of which give notifications for a few hours then it all stops.

1, new watch
2, reset watch
3, cleated watch cache partition
4, reset watch and deleted backup ser up as new
5, deleted whatsapp on phone and watch multiple times
6, reset phone
7, wiped phone totally and watch and set both up as brand new products.

All software is up to date, all notifications are turned on from phone and watch. Wrist detection is turned off. Notifications while phone in use is one and DND is off and not synced to watch.

I bought a £25 fake watch and it works perfectly so I am infuriated that my genuine product is no better than a basic watch. Any suggestions bar going to apple??

Is it notifications for just WhatsApp that stops or everything? Does your phone show the notifications? It sounds like your phone or watch are using a battery saving option or putting apps to sleep and potentially Bluetooth?

Whatsapp starts first but now everything has stopped no matter what I do. The notifications are fine on the phone they just don't go through to my watch.

I have had it on lte and off doesn't make a difference

Still no solution of any help from Samsung or anyone else so sold my watch and happily using a £25:fake that works perfectly. Safe to say I won't be buying the s25 or any Samsung ever again.
Such a shame that in their pointless quest to better apple they have successfully become worse!!
