Wearable app notification access

On my galaxy watch 4 I have stopped receiving notifications, when I open the galaxy wearable app then settings then notifications it asks me to allow galaxy watch 4 manager though it is not on the list

It's quite difficult to diagnose, especially if you have tried accepting and allowing on these prompts.

It's a bit of a faff...but consider uninstalling and a full clean install
