We need a manuell forced watch backup option

Because samsung seems to be unable to provide a flawless OS experience, it is now and then sadly time to reset my watch. Personally I find it completely annoying to lose all my settings, just because Samsung things there should not be a manual backup button.

There is absolutely no reason, to force me to wait until Samsung decides to automatically backup the watch whenever..., just to allow me reset my watch with the current data, because Samsung messed something up it the first place ... and forces me to reset a 220$ Watch5 because it runs very poorly.

My current experience with Samsung and the Samsung Watch5 is very disappointing!

Never had issues like that with apple. All I can currently say is: DONT BUY

Es gibt zwar kein manuelles Backup mehr, trotzdem werden Backups erstellt, sofern du das nicht deaktiviert hast. Denn seit einiger Zeit werden einfach automatische Backups erstellt.
Die automatischen Backups, kann man auch nach dem Zurücksetzen auf die Uhr draufspielen, wie vorher die Manuellen.

As I stated, there is no good reason to remove the option to force a manual backup.

As stated, it is completely annoying and quite an off-putting experience, when you have to wait for the next automatic update to occur, to fix something samsung messed up.

But the backups are made at a daily basis. So what do you need to wait for? I can not imagine that you change every day the settings of your watch.

To be fair: I prefere just like you a manual backup option.

Simple answer, I have, else I would not have posted this issue.

Because the watch decided to completely disconnect from my phone and would not connect to it again ... I had to reinstall the watch and the Samsung Switch app ... and enter all the settings again ... now ... just days later ... it has a new bug (see one of my last posts) and I have to reset it again ... well there is no recent backup ... and I am not willing to wait until this pice of sh*t of "software" gets an epiphany and might backup.

Personally I am quite shocked by your willingness to defend such a user crippling design.
