Please help me someone!!!!
I have a Sony Xperia 1 ii and a Galaxy Watch Ultra.
They work together fine by Bluetooth.
But.......
When I try to add a mobile plan I get an error message. Please see the attached picture. My network provider is EE.
EE are blaming Samsung that they cannot put an esim in the watch so it uses the same number as my mobile phone. Samsung customer services are blaming EE that they don't know what they are doing. Does anyone have a solution to this?

I called my local EE shop and they said they had no idea and told me to call 150.

It wasn't online, I telephoned my local shop, the woman there said it's via the wearables app, when I told her about the error message, she said she didn't know and I should call 150. So I asked her what she would do if I was in the store, she said she would call the technical department, the same as I can on 150. So no point going in in person. Unless you know something that I don't know.
Where are the Samsung reps right now? I think Samsung need to speak to EE.

Ok, so I've worked out how to bypass the Wearables app doing it's search and coming up with the error that EE don't offer any mobile plans for watches.
Via the developer menu in the Wearables app, you need to turn on the QR Mode. Once this is activated and you try and add a esim, it gives you the option to scan a QR code for the esim (which can be found in the EE app) and then enter the activation code which can also be found in the EE app. And just like that the watch is good to go, problem solved or at least kind of.
The problem now is the watch is not using my mobile number, it is using the number assigned to the esim, which is not what is supposed to be happening. EE have said their system shows the esim being paired to my mobile number so it should be displaying my mobile number.
EE have basically washed their hands of the matter saying they cannot provide support unless I'm using a Samsung phone and that the watch isn't compatible via LTE with any other device other than a Samsung phone.
Samsung have advised this isn't the case and it should work fine.
So where do I go from here? How do I make the watch pick up my mobile number?
Please can someone help me.
