Watch stuck on BIOS(?) screen

Left watch on charge overnight and woke up to it on this screen. Nether of the side buttons are doing anything whether held down or pressed in any combination.

Try holding down power button for 7 seconds. If that does not work, then try holding down both the buttons for 7 seconds.

Try resetting your watch via the Galaxy Wearables app on your phone.

I have the same problem but I put my watch in a fish tank for a second after i put it and my hand in a tun of steam
