Watch Modes & Routines

I seem to not be able to access the functions for the Watch? I'm pretty sure there was a more in-depth Modes & Routines that came with the One UI Watch 6, but I can't seem to access it? Or is the whole thing part of an app update for Modes & Routines on the phone?

It does look like this has to be processed on the phone. 

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

Must be enabled in Galaxy Wearable phone sync modes.
