My Galaxy watch C52E just burned my wrist exactly where the lazer measures. I can smell the burned flesh on my wrist and watch. I have now taken off my watch and won't wear it again. Please help. Thanks so much.

C52E? Doesn't sound like a Samsung Watch model?

Also seems unlikely a LED would burn your skin. It's not a laser.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK Community Forum

Sorry to hear of your issues. Firstly are you sure this is a genuine Samsung watch? Don't recognise the watch info.

In a small number of cases, people's skin reacts badly to a product and the only solution is to stop using such product.

How long have you had the watch? If still under warranty, would be worth getting it checked out by Samsung engineers. Contact Samsung Customer Service for advice.
