Hey
👋If you search 'Tattoo' in the search bar then there are previous posts about this. I think this might be an ongoing issue.
I also have Tattoos on my watch wrist and ever since owning the watch 4 and 6 classic (I jumped past the 5 pro so never had a chance to test it) I've had the same problem with the sensors not working, this is due to the pigments of the tattoo (black isn't too bad but red being the worse, guess which colour the sensors sit on
🙈) restricting the light from the sensors to properly record a reading. Mine was so bad that the watch would keep locking itself (as if I had taken the watch off when in fact it was still on my wrist)
But there is a solution, after doing some research on here, another member had the same issue and suggested using the clear sticky bumper pads you use for doors etc. I pop one of them over the sensors and Avola, the watch works as it should and have had no issues besides the fact that you do have to remove the bumper when you need to charge the watch though you can reapply the used bumper again after charging.
I've posted a link to the bumpers I use and a photo of a bumper on the watch for your reference.
