Hello,

I bought a new Galaxy 7 smartwatch but it is not showing sleep score and sleep stages.

How can I fix this?

Thank you

Has it recorded any sleep tracking since you have had the watch? Try clearing the Samsung health apps cache. Reboot or restart both phone and watch. Make sure you are also wearing the watch at a comfortable fit. Also make sure you have agreed to what needs to be agreed to in the health app for tracking sleep. If none of the above work, try a reset on the watch.

I recenrought the 7ultra and it's not recorded any sleep since I've had it. I've done everything I can to fix this but now I'm thinking I wasted money on a faulty watch

I am havng the same issue. For me, it records sleep, but it doesn't show the sleep stages. The REM, light, and deep sleep periods are not shown, only sleep and wake up time.

Please somebody help!

Are you looking in the health app on your phone? Click on sleep to open it's data. 1724258591224.jpg

I deleted my old watch galaxy 5 watch from Samsung health + i disabled a feature in power saving that prevent the watch from recording health data.

Now it's working fine

Changing the power saving setting fixed it for me.  Thanks!

OMG YES, this should be it. there is a setting called "limit health features" in the power saving settings. I will turn it off and test it tonight. I am very hopeful now, THANKS!

IT WORKED!! Check power saving settngs on your watch. "Limit Health Features" should be OFF if you want to measure awake, REM, light, and Deep Sleep stages!
