Watch 6 Classic Update error

Bought a Watch 6 Classic and the Wear app said there was a software update available. I downloaded the update but when it came to installing the update, I got an error message saying that the update could not be installed and to take it to the nearest service centre. I factory reset the watch and tried again but experienced the same issue. Have I a faulty watch or has anybody else experienced this problem?

It maybe the software I think they have now put it on hold due to bugs

I have just bought a Watch 6 and have exactly the same issue... Gets to about 25% and then comes up with a big red stop sign and fails the update... Nothing will fix it...

Same problem.. Cleaned the cache already, but does not work.

2024 now and I have the same problem. Did anyone find a solution?

I had to send mine back to Samsung for repair, nothing would fix the issue so had to be returned... But they fixed it and updates work every time now 😊
