Hi all. I post already long time ago. My wrist is all tattoo. Firstly I did not get any notifications- I turn off wrist detection on watch- notifications start work but still no sound and vibration if some one call me. On my wife's wrist is sound and vibration. Send Samsung expert many videos already in February but this bug still not sorted out, no answers etc. Sent 4 times but still nothing. Realy disappointed on Samsung. I paid 400£ but can not enjoy my watch. I put my daughter I Watch on my wrist and everything is working so Apple is on front.
It's nothing about case. My watch have sound and vibration on my wife and daughter wrist- they don't have tatto but it's nit work only on mine- have tatto
Dear friend, the dried ink of tattoos is affecting your watch because your skin is not alive as before, but living with ink. Sorry, I am spoiled sports
