Health only syncing with Strava once (specifically import activities from Strava to SHealth). Each time i have to disconnect and reconnect Strava to get sync working. Most of the times it will work only once, sometimes up to 3 times.
It's super frustrating that premium watch like GW5Pro behaves like cheap Chinese fitness band - i had similar problems with Huawei bands.
