Watch 5 screen issues

I have a watch 5 the screen sometimes keep flickering different colours and comes on and dose not display properly is that mean screen is going

@Johncas: That certainly doesn't sound right. Has the Watch encountered any form of physical or liquid damage? If you press and hold the Home key and Back key simultaneously for around 7 seconds until the Watch restarts, do you notice an improvement?
